We are delighted to welcome back chef Alana Brabin, who will join chef Jeff Trotter in the kitchen on Saturday 31 August and Sunday 1 September. Alana will be firing up her grill for the weekend, with a menu that features local lamb roasted over mallee and red gum.
Join us for a delicious four-course menu designed to share. Decadent desserts can be purchased in addition on the day.

Clara's sourdough, roast onion butter
Kingfish rillette, toasted baguette
Mussel, fennel, white wine, herbs, sour cream
Saltbush and wild fennel seed rubbed lamb leg, roasted over mallee and redgum, with a harissa and bush tomato sauce
Charred baby carrots, whipped fetta, crunchy bits
Brussel sprouts, candied bacon, soursob verde
Roast potatoes
$60 per person ($35 children under 12).
Add on dessert for $14 per person.
