Chef Ali Seedsman has created a delicious Italian lunch menu, perfect to enjoy with our range of Adelaide Hills wines.

Bresoala, beetroot and horseradish salad

Bruschetta, taleggio, mushrooms, hot honey

Roasted peppers, garlic, white anchovies and vincotto

Rigatoni carbonara, guanciale, pecorino pepato

Eggplant chilli and garlic ragout

Slow roasted pork shoulder, chilli, fennel, garlic
