CLASSIC SUNDAY 'CHARDY' LUNCH Sunday 28 May

With autumn in the air, relax over an indulgent five-course lunch created by Chef Jeff Trotter. Choose from our special Chardonnay wine list including sparkling, reserve and museum wines, or select our Chardonnay Pairing option.

We can accommodate all dietary requirements - please advise when booking.

Brid organic sourdough, brillat savarin, pickled grapes

Salt cod brandade croquette

Scallop, green bean, olive, capers, tomato oil

Nomad Farm chicken breast, potato au gratin, chardonnay and chive beurre blanc
Corn, chervil, creme fraiche, citrus
Baby cos, radish, vinaigrette

Apple custard tart, cinnamon sugar

$80 per person excl wine ($40 children under 12).
Please advise of any dietary requirements when booking. Two sittings are available:
12pm booking: Arrive from 11.30am, lunch will commence at 12pm. Table must be vacated by 1.45pm.
2pm booking: Arrive from 2pm, lunch will commence at 2.15pm. You are welcome to stay all afternoon.
