Steamed sticky rice and pork dumplings with sesame soy dipping sauce

White cooked chicken, Szechuan pepper, ginger and
garlic dressing with pickled bean shoots

Crispy radish cake, black bean and chilli oil

Salt and pepper Coorong mullet (SA),
ginger shallot and shredded iceberg lettuce

Steamed greens with smoked mushroom soy
