Heritage and place combine in our 2011 MAJA Late Disgorged Chardonnay Pinot Noir. Made in the traditional method (bottle fermented), this wine has matured on lees for 6 years. 52% chardonnay, 48% pinot noir. Hand picked, tank-fermented, 3g/l dosage. With it's fine bead, this sparkling is an elegant wine for any occasion.
